Refund policy

At BYDCORE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our policies are designed to be fair and transparent while complying with Australian consumer regulations.

Australian Consumer Law (ACL) Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the ACL.

Returns & Exchanges (Change of Mind)

  • Timeframe: We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: An order number or invoice is required for all requests.

  • Authorization: Please contact support@bydcore.com.au before sending items back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Responsibility: For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Recommendation: We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.

  • Faulty Items: If an item is faulty or incorrect due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs in accordance with the ACL.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items sold as part of a set (unless the full set is returned).

  • Sample Sale, Last Chance, or Outlet items.

  • Items purchased in person.

Processing & Refunds

  • Inspection: All returns are inspected for signs of wear or damage upon arrival.

  • Timeline: Approved refunds are typically processed within 7 working days.

  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Seasonal Policies

  • Christmas: Orders placed in December may be returned or exchanged until January 14th.

  • Black Friday: Standard 30-day terms apply; Last Chance items remain final sale.
